BRISBANE, July 7, 2025 – Suzy Syme Art Couture is thrilled to announce its debut collection – Coralescence: cutting-edge design and fabrication innovation meets the wonders of nature in a series of one-of-a-kind, ethereal designs inspired by Australia’s coral reefs.   

Constructing a visual dialogue between the worlds of art, architecture, and couture; Suzy Syme Art Couture’s creations reveal layered intricacies of fluid, organic forms underpinned by logical geometric structures and assembly.

“The medium of couture has opened up a phenomenal world of artistic expression for our multi-disciplinary design practice,” says Suzy Syme, Co-Founder. “We seek to blur the boundaries between the realms of architecture, art and couture: fashioning wearable pieces of art that occupy and shape the space around the human body; responding intrinsically to the motions of the wearer whilst defining sculpted spatial occupation.”

Combining complex growth algorithms, 3D printing and laser-cutting technology, their art couture designs are individually digitally ‘grown’ and crafted with unique patterns and cellular formations in true mimicry of nature’s ever-adaptive beauty.

A curated collection of art couture accessories & garments are available for purchase online at www.suzysyme.com and in-store by appointment at The Tide Pool Gallery & Studio, 14/7 O'Connell Terrace, Bowen Hills.

Bespoke couture creations are available on commission: one-of-a-kind wearable works of art exclusively designed and made in-house for the expressively bold individual.
